Scan the receipt.
Everyone sees
their number.
Splitr reads a restaurant bill on your phone, you tap who had what, and it tells everyone exactly what they owe — down to the penny. No account. No upload. Nothing kept once you close it.
Four screens.
About twenty seconds.
There is no home screen, no history and no account, because there is nothing else in the app. It opens where the work is and forgets the bill when you close it.
Point at the bill
Or type the total, if you'd rather not photograph your dinner. Both routes end up in the same place.
Say who's here
The total is already on screen, and the even split is quoted before anyone taps anything. Names are typed once and thrown away.
Who had what
Tap who had what
Pick a person, tap what they had, and watch their running total move in the bar under your thumb. Or take the even split and skip it.
Send it to the group chat
Your number at 68pt, everyone else settled beneath it, and one line to paste wherever the argument is happening.
Nothing is saved.
The shares add up.
No account, no server, no database. The receipt is read by your phone, the split is worked out on your phone, and closing the app is the delete button.
Read on the device
Apple's Vision framework does the reading, with the on-device language model as a second opinion. Nothing about the bill is uploaded, and splitting works with no signal.
The odd penny is distributed, never dropped
Split evenly or by what each person ate. Service and tax go per head or in proportion to the food. Either way the shares sum exactly to the total.
It tells you when it doesn't add up
One line says what's still unclaimed and whether the items match the printed total — and it's the way in to fixing it. Press and hold any item to correct it.
