Services3.4 Audits

Audits that say what’s wrong, plainly.

Two audits, one standard. Your website, and how AI assistants answer when your customers ask for a recommendation. Every finding comes with its evidence and its fix.

Two audits

3.4a · Website audit

Your site, against the best in your sector.

We look at your site the way your customers and search engines do, and set every finding against the sites your customers compare you with.

  1. 01ExperienceCan visitors find what they came for, quickly, on a phone?
  2. 02CredibilityDoes it earn trust: reviews, credentials, a real business behind it?
  3. 03FindabilityCan search engines read it, understand it and rank it?
  4. 04ExecutionSpeed, accessibility, security and the code underneath.

3.4b · AI discoverability audit

Named, or not, when customers ask AI.

More customers now ask an AI assistant who to call. We put their questions to one, several times each, and keep every answer.

  1. 01PresenceAre you named when someone asks for your trade in your town?
  2. 02AccuracyAsked about you by name, does it get your facts right?
  3. 03Competitive positionWho is named instead, and what do they have that you don’t?
  4. 04AI readinessThe machine-readable signals on your site that assistants use.

How we keep it honest

Evidence you could check yourself.

01

Counted, not guessed.

AI answers change from one asking to the next, so we ask every question several times and report the count: named in 2 of 9 answers, never just “sometimes”.

02

Diagnosis, not placement.

Nobody can honestly promise an AI will recommend you, and we won’t. We show what it says now, why, and what to change, then measure again.

03

Your data stays put.

Your site is read by a scanner on our own machine, and email addresses, phone numbers and postcodes are stripped out before any AI sees it.

How it works

A report you can act on, not a score to frame.

  1. 01

    Brief

Your business, your town, and what you want to be found for.

  2. 02

    Scan

We scan the site, study the sector, and put your customers’ questions to an AI assistant, several times each.

  3. 03

    Report

Scores on four pillars, every finding with its evidence and its fix, a verdict and a roadmap.

  4. 04

    Re-measure

After the changes, the same checks and the same questions again, so you can see what moved.

Rather we made the fixes? That’s the rest of what we do: websites, apps and AI.

See what your customers, and their AI, see.
