Terms of use

The licence agreement for Rideplot: what the app does and doesn't do, Rideplot Plus, and the terms Apple asks every app to include.

Last updated 25 October 2026

These terms are the licence agreement for Rideplot, the iPhone app, and they apply to anyone who downloads or uses it. Please read them before you use the app.

1. Who this agreement is with

This agreement is between you and Mirentha Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17207914), and not with Apple. Mirentha Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for Rideplot and its content.

2. Your licence

Mirentha Ltd gives you a non-transferable licence to use Rideplot on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions permit, except that the app may also be used by other accounts linked to yours through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. Rideplot Plus, the subscription, is not shared through Family Sharing. You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it.

3. What Rideplot does, and what it doesn't

Rideplot orders rides from waits the parks post and from past posted waits. Its plans are estimates. Ride rules, heights and opening times are the park's, and the park's staff decide who rides.

  • Waits are the parks' posted waits, supplied by ThemeParks.wiki, and the queue you join can be longer or shorter. Usual waits are worked out from past posted waits; how far back depends on the park.
  • Plans assume the standby queue. Rideplot makes no plan for accessibility passes, and its wait data should never be used for accessibility decisions.
  • Walking times are for timing only. Follow the park's signs between rides.
  • Heights are reported, never judged. Rideplot shows each child's height, as you entered it, beside each ride's listed limits, with the park's own page and the date it was checked. It never says a child can ride. Other restrictions apply (health, pregnancy, size, restraint fit): read the board at the ride. The park measures at the ride, and its staff decide who rides.
  • Quieter days are estimates from past posted waits, not a forecast of how busy a day will be.
  • Rideplot is unofficial: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any park or operator. If a park operator objects to its parks' posted waits appearing in Rideplot, we remove that operator's parks within 48 hours.

Rideplot gives information, not advice. You decide what your group rides and when.

4. Purchases

Rideplot is free to download. Free, with no time limit: the posted waits and usual waits at every supported park, go now or go later for each ride, ride details and height cards, your group, the Demo day, and one planned day. Your free day is the first day you plan. You can re-plan it until the end of its date; deleting it doesn't give you another, and deleting and reinstalling the app resets it.

Rideplot Plus is an auto-renewing subscription with two plans, at these UK prices:

  • Plus Monthly: £2.49 a month.
  • Plus Annual: £14.99 a year.

There is no free trial. Plus lets you plan and re-plan every day you go and shows estimated quieter days for the next 60 days. The App Store shows you the price in your own currency before you confirm.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions), or from Rideplot's Settings, at any time after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If Plus ends, nothing is deleted: every plan you made stays readable and exports, and the free features keep working. Planning or re-planning a day other than your free day, and Quieter days, need Plus.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Maintenance and support

Mirentha Ltd is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Rideplot, as described on its support page (https://mirentha.com/apps/rideplot/support/) or as the law requires. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for Rideplot.

6. Warranty

Mirentha Ltd is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If Rideplot fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Rideplot, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Mirentha Ltd's sole responsibility. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

7. Product claims

Mirentha Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Rideplot or your possession and use of it, including: product liability claims; any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

8. Intellectual property

If a third party claims that Rideplot or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Mirentha Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that intellectual property infringement claim. Park, ride and operator names belong to their owners and appear only to identify the rides whose waits the parks post.

9. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Third-party terms

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when you use Rideplot, such as your wireless data service agreement. Rideplot needs an internet connection for current waits.

11. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and once you accept these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Liability and governing law

Rideplot's plans, waits, usual waits and quieter days are estimates, and parks change their rides, rules and hours. To the extent the law allows, Mirentha Ltd is not liable for losses arising from relying on them, such as a missed ride, a long queue or a closed ride. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings where you live.

13. Contact

Questions, complaints or claims about Rideplot go to Mirentha Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected].

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Rideplot changes. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
