StillpawComing soon to the App Store

A seizure diary for your dog or cat.

Time each seizure as it happens, log every dose, and give your vet a clear report.

Free for one pet, with no time limit. Stillpaw Plus is £2.49 a month or £17.99 a year.

Coming soon How it compares

For iPhone with iOS 26 or later, in English.

The timer

01

One tap when a seizure starts.

Seizure started is the biggest button on Today, so it's easy to find in the dark. The timer opens straight away.

02

The clock keeps going if the app closes.

It's worked out from the moment you tapped, so it's still right if Stillpaw closes or your iPhone restarts. Your plan waits under it.

03

Your vet's plan, at the minute you chose.

Past your time, 5 minutes for Bramble, the plan you wrote with your vet opens out under the clock, with a button to call them once their number is saved.

Afterwards

Then note what your vet will ask.

The type, when your pet was back to normal, possible triggers, any rescue medicine, and what happened before and after. Every field is optional, and Save is always there.

Medicines

01

Answer reminders from the Lock Screen.

Reminders are set for the times you choose. Tap Given or Skipped without opening the app, and that dose isn't reminded again.

02

A second reminder, half an hour on.

If a dose still isn't recorded, Stillpaw sets a second reminder for 30 minutes after its time. It's on unless you turn it off in Settings.

03

Doses nobody records stay Not recorded.

Nothing is filled in for you: the slot says Not recorded in the app and in the vet report until you record it. Reminders are iPhone notifications and can be late or silenced, so keep your own routine too.

History

Seizure days, month by month.

History counts the seizure days in each month and marks the cluster days: two or more seizures within 24 hours. With Plus, your pet's medicine changes go on the chart.

The vet report, with Plus

01

Pick the dates for your vet.

Since the last vet visit, the last 3 or 12 months, or any dates up to two years at a time.

02

Share it as a PDF.

Page one has the totals and the month-by-month chart. Then every seizure, each medicine with its changes, and how many doses were given, skipped or not recorded. Every page says it's compiled from your entries, may be incomplete, and isn't a clinical record or a diagnosis.

Your records

Kept on your iPhone. Backed up by you.

There's no account and no Stillpaw server, so we never receive your diary. Export a backup file now and then: it restores on another iPhone. Today asks for one when the last is a month old.

Also in the diary

Everything else it keeps.

Stillpaw says what it can't do.

The screen after Welcome makes three points: a diary, not your vet; reminders can be late or not arrive; your records live on this iPhone.

A seizure you didn't time

Add a past seizure with an estimated or unknown length.

Rescue medicine

Log a dose when you give one, or choose it in the seizure's details.

More than one pet

Each pet has its own diary, medicines and plan. A second pet needs Plus.

Your diary as a spreadsheet

Export CSV gives you every seizure and every dose, for all pets, on the free plan.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Does Stillpaw detect seizures?

No. It's a diary: you start the timer and record what happened. It doesn't monitor your pet or give medical advice. If you're worried, call your vet.

What if the app closes during a seizure?

The seizure is saved when you tap Seizure started, and the clock is worked out from that moment, so the timer opens again with the right time.

Can I rely on the reminders?

Use them with your own routine. They're iPhone notifications, so a Focus, a flat battery or your settings can hold them back; the app warns you when its own notification settings, such as the Lock Screen or sound, could. A dose not recorded 30 minutes after its time has a second reminder set.

Where is my diary kept?

On your iPhone, and in your iPhone's own backups if you make them. There's no account, and we never receive it. If the phone is lost or the app is deleted, a backup file you exported is what brings it back.

Does it work for cats?

Yes. Each dog or cat has its own diary, medicines and emergency plan. A second pet needs Stillpaw Plus.

Stillpaw is a diary. It records and reminds; it doesn't detect seizures, give medical advice or suggest doses. Always follow your vet's advice.
